Cambridge architecture company wins award from AIA New England Design for developing luxury condominium.

BOSTON, MA - 45 PROVINCE architect Bruner/Cott Associates of Cambridge received a Merit award for Design Excellence from the American Institute of Architects New England Chapter's 2009 Design Awards for its work developing the Boston luxury condominium high-rise. The AIA New England Design Awards program recognizes and honors excellence in archi-tectural design by all New England architects throughout the world who have left their mark in New England.

"We are happy to have partnered with renowned architects Bruner/Cott Associates to collaborate on the newest gem in the Boston skyline," said Abbey Group President and COO David Epstein. "The design of 45 PROVINCE fits nicely into the heart of Boston by blending both modern and older styles much like the city itself."

45 PROVINCE is a 32-story high-rise ideally situated in the heart of historic Boston at the foot of Beacon Hill and within a short stroll to the city's financial district and the Boston Common. The development offers residents the ultimate in elegance, design and modern amenities in a building that also reflects the character of old Boston.

It is a full-service building that offers a first-of-its-kind Exhale spa, exclusively for residents. The complex includes a four season pool, spa treatment room and fitness studio with cardio, stretching and conditioning areas; a parlor comprised of a library and dining room with a cater-ing kitchen, a screening room; a spectacular roof terrace offering sweeping panoramic views of the city; valet parking and 24-hour concierge service. 45 PROVINCE will also soon feature a fine dining restaurant and a bistro restaurant with an outdoor patio.

Simeon Bruner, founding principal of Bruner/Cott and Associates, said: "45 PROVINCE brings together the best of old and new Boston. Glass and brick come together in a cutting-edge 21st Century building that will also retain the warmth and charm of Old Boston."
